Part-Time HR Specialist
Specialist Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro-rata to days worked)

We are a well established leading manufacturer of specialist industrial labelling solutions manufactured and distributed from our head office in Welwyn Garden.  

We recognise good people are key to our continued success and growth.  As such we are seeking to recruit an HR specialist.  

Silver Fox is unique in its position.  We offer market leading solutions and compete with much larger US based companies both here in the UK as well as international markets.  This is a key role and you will be working closely with the management team in recruiting, training and developing our team. 

We are flexible on hours and to begin with we would expect around 1 – 2 days a week 

To grow we will need to find more people.  It is not their skills, it’s the people we are looking for. We hope you will agree one of the most satisfying parts of the role is to help people grow and develop.  For us too. This is an area where we would hope you would be closely involved.

Working Hours: 1- 2 days a week, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM

What you'll do:

• Recruitment 
• Designing delivering induction program to give new hires the best start possible. 
• Running/organising ongoing training and development   
• Handle all things HR. 
• Help build company culture

What you bring:

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally within SME B2B 
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. 
• Superb communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills 
• A proactive collaborative attitude  
• Ability to juggle tasks.
