Sales Administrator
About us:

Now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure smooth sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for all customers, both potential and existing.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly to all enquiries, both domestic and international, while delivering exceptional service.
- Product Expertise: Maintain detailed knowledge of all labelling products. Comprehensive training will be provided to enable the candidate to confidently recommend and discuss Silver Fox products.
- Enquiry Management: Handle customer enquiries, clarify product requirements, and ensure the purchaser's needs are met.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with customers, and provide support throughout the purchasing process.
- Order Processing: Efficiently review purchase orders, shipping documentation, and export certifications.
- Reporting: Track and report sales KPIs to support directors in making informed decisions.
- Courier Management: Coordinate international courier collections.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in a B2B technical or engineering environment.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP software for order processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently while being a team player.
REWARD
- Permanent full-time contract (Monday–Friday).
- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
