1 UK Shipping Rates and Options

1.1  Courier Service: APC

  • England and Wales: £15 + VAT,
  • Scotland: £25 + VAT,
  • Hebrides, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Guernsey: £40 + VAT
  • Northern Ireland: £40 + VAT

1.2  Delivery Times

  • For ex-stock items, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • For custom items or orders exceeding held stock, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

1.3 Liability for Delivery

  • Silver Fox Limited is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated delivery address. This includes any damage or loss during transit unless you arrange your own courier.
  • If you arrange your own courier, liability for the goods transfers to you once the goods are handed over to your courier.

1.4 Exclusions

  • We do not ship via Royal Mail and cannot post orders.

1.5  Software Orders

  • Software does not incur any shipping charges as it is provided as a web download.

2 International Shipping

2.1 Courier Service: FedEx International Economy

  • International shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on your location and the weight and dimensions of the items ordered.

2.2 Duties and Taxes if Silver Fox Arranges Delivery (DAP Terms)

  • Silver Fox Limited will cover commodity duty costs.
  • International customers are responsible for paying local VAT and any applicable import fees required by their country's customs authorities.

2.3 Duties and Taxes if Customers Arrange Delivery (FCA Terms)

  • If you arrange delivery through your own courier or schedule collection, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and any other fees required by your country.

2.4 Use of Own Courier or Collection

  • Customers arranging their own courier must provide all collection details, including courier contact information, to sales@silverfox.co.uk.
  • Collections can be made from: Silver Fox Limited, Swallow Court, Swallowfields, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1SA, United Kingdom.
  • The Silver Fox team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
  • If you choose this option, liability for the goods transfers to you once they are collected by your courier.
